What are the Documents Required to Register for Private Limited Company?


Private Ltd. is usually a little place of business or entity that's owned privately. Since these private companies are owned by a stipulated number of investors are known to be ‘Limited Companies’. ·         PAN card: - The PAN Card isn't only issued to individuals. Companies and partnership firms can also avail of a PAN Card and it becomes mandatory for such entities to have a PAN number when they are filing their income tax returns. Even within the case of people, minors, students and Non-Resident Indians also can apply for PAN Card online.
·         Aadhaar card: - Every Indian citizen can apply for Aadhaar card and get the number. The government has now made it mandatory for taxpayers to link them PAN with Aadhaar for filing their annual income tax return (ITR).
·         Specimen signature: - The bank asked for a specimen signature once I opened an account there.

·         Address proof of directors: - The address proof submitted must have the name of the Director as mentioned within the PAN Card and therefore the most current address of the Director.
·         Photo ID proof of directors: - DIN may be a unique Director number allotted by the Central Government to a personal meaning to be a Director or an existing director of a corporation.
·         Self-declaration of your directorship in other organizations: - An independent director should make a self-declaration in a very format prescribed to the Board that he satisfies the legal conditions for being an independent director. Such a declaration should be at the time of appointment of the independent director and at the time of change in status
·         Rent agreement of your registered office: - Typically, the subsequent documents must be submitted while declaring a registered office of a corporation during incorporation: Electricity Bill / Water Bill/land tax Receipt. No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from Landlord for Registered Office. Rental or Lease Agreement between the Landlord and the Company.
·         NOC from the owner of the property: - NOC may be a popular acronym for a No Objection Certificate. It is a press release of permission given to an individual or a corporation to travel ahead with the development or purchase of a property.
